Hi everyone this is Carol Hudak on behalf of the Board with the Weekly Wednesday Update. A transcript of this message will be posted on the holidayheights.org website for your convenience.
As a reminder, the HOA office will be closing at 12pm (noon) every Tuesday & Thursday throughout the month of April for Computer training.
Please do not knock on the window or disrupt the office staff while they are in training.
HOA payments can be dropped off during these days in our gray Drop Off Box located in the breezeway in the middle of the two clubhouses on the pole. The office staff will collect all payments, correspondence, and or documentation first thing the following morning. Any phone calls made after 12pm (noon) on Tuesdays and Thursdays will be returned the following business day. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
Again, the Board is urging your help to volunteer to join the Audio Team- (no experience necessary training will be provided)! All of these events and meetings could not be possible without sound. Hiring an Audio/Visual company to provide this service for us is costly. With the heavy event schedule, we will be unable to fill all upcoming requests for audio assistance and will need to cancel events when our 2-man team is not available.
Also, a reminder, Saturday is the April Women's Club Meeting at 10 am in the Auditorium.
And, tomorrow is ticket sales in the Auditorium from 9:00 am - 10:00 am.
The Garden Club will be available tomorrow to collect Garden Club plot owners' dues between 9 and 10.
HH First Aid Auxiliary's Spring Flower Sale May 11th at the FirstAid Squad Bldg. 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. $20 ea. - 2/$36 -Tomorrow is the last day forpre-sale Check the website for details.
