Hi everyone, this is George Wilhelm on half of the board , with the Holiday Heights snow advisory update. The Governor has declared a State of Emergency for New Jersey effective noon on Sunday February 22,2026, which means all travel should be limited to emergency situations only. The club house will be closed from noon on Sunday through Tuesday and possibly opening on Wednesday. All activities (Bingo Zumba etc) have been cancelled. If Berkeley needs to setup an Emergency Center at the club house you will be notified. Berkeley has requested all vehicles to be removed from the street, so plowing can be done curb to curb. If you need additional space, you may park a vehicle on your lawn. Once Berkeley completes the roads our contractor will begin clearing your driveways. If you have an emergency call 911 and they will handle the road plowing and send the appropriate emergency vehicles. After the streets are done the cul-de-sacs will be plowed, which will enable our contractor to do those driveways.
We ask that you plan accordingly with food, medicines and anything you made need while we weather the storm Just a reminder our contractor does not do sidewalks , steps or walk ways. Please do not ask them to do any additional as tipping is not allowed and slows done other homes getting done.
Please remember this may be a massive storm which will take a while to have all the streets and homes cleared. We have over 1400 homes to do and ask for your cooperation and patience.
