Robo Call — 02.25.2026

Hi Everyone this is Carol Hudak with the Weekly Wednesday Update. A copy of this message will be posted on the website and via Engage emails for your convenience.

The Board announces that the Open Board Meeting scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday, February 26th at 2:00 pm in the Auditorium is postponed until next Thursday, March 5th at 2:00 pm in the Auditorium. Please join us for the latest community updates and issues.

Please listen carefully, beginning Monday, March 2nd, our Business office Reception window hours will change as follows: the window will close from 12 Noon to 1:00 pm M-F. Office hours remain the same from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm M-F. Please take note and adjust your HOA business accordingly.

Once again, the Board encourages all Homeowners and Residents to wear, or carry their Access Cards, at all times when going to the Clubhouse.

If you have not scheduled your Photo IDs, please do so now, before the Spring. There are no lines or wait times. Please check the Courier and website for scheduling.

The Board is reaching out to the entire HH community on behalf of the First Aid Auxiliary to remind you of their Giant Gift Auction on May 2nd which supports our First Aid Squad. Donations have been slowed this year as a result of the frigid weather conditions and snow storms keeping us all from our normal everyday activities. Please help by donating only new gifts, baskets, Gift Cards of $$ value or, restaurants, super markets, or department stores, etc,. You may also send a check to FAA (which is tax deductible) and they will shop for what they need to complete the well thought planned out baskets and prizes. Also, buy your tickers now and participate in one of HH most important and popular events. Trust me, it is spectacular. Also, your gift of yourself to volunteer and join this wonderful organization.

The First Aid Squad also sends out an urgent plea for volunteers. Please consider how your donation of time can not only save lives but save the entire community from the cost of a paid ambulance service expense. Please visit the FA Squad House M-Th from 7 am - 10 am and speak to John Abella or Janice Sutton. Your gift of time could be the gift of life to one of our neighbors.

And tomorrow is ticket sales in the Auditorium from 9 am - 10 am.

Pat Norcia and Madeline Lo Presto remind us tickets are available for the Donovan Catholic High School play, Something Rotten. Friday, March 27th at 7:00 pm. $15.00 pp & $3.00 if taking the bus.

And, please don't forget Bingo on Sunday nights. Doors open at 3:30 and close at 9:00 pm. Great refreshments with weekly specials and new games and prizes.

Thank You!
