Please listen carefully and make note of the change in time for our March General HOA Meeting next Thursday, March 26th moved from 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm allowing working members to attend.
The Pool Season is coming soon, HH!!!
We have been getting many questions regarding Pool Attendants this pool season.
At the next 2 homeowners' meetings; 3/26, and 4/9 you will have the opportunity to express your concerns and comments. The 4/9 meeting will conduct balloting of your vote. The ballots will be counted at the meeting and the outcome will be announced at that time. You may also place any suggestions and/or concerns in the Suggestion Box to be read at the General HOA Meeting. However, you must attend the 4/9 Open Board Meeting to cast your vote.
So, please come out and be part of the decision making !!
Also, if you have not had your Photo ID done, please schedule your appointment now, before the Spring. Please check the Courier and website for scheduling options/instructions.
All photos taken since last April through this week, are printed, activated, and ready for pick up during office hours of operation M-F beginning again Monday, March 23rd.
Also, the Robo Can concealment compliance deadline has been extended to 4/30. All Robo cans must be concealed from being seen from the street except when temporarily placed for pickup.
This is an IMPORTANT UPDATE ON ROBO CANS from Berkeley Township:
If you need assistance for your Robo Cans to be picked up and returned to the front of your house by the DPW, you are required to submit a DMV Disability Card to the Division of Public Works at 627 Pinewald- Keswick Rd. You can either bring it to them and they will make a copy for you, or mail it to them. If you bring the card your Robo Cans will be taken care of the next week. If you mail the card, it will take 2-3 weeks for pick up and return to the front of your house to begin.
Important! There will be Bingo 3/29 on Palm Sunday !! Come on out and Support your Community Bingo!
Please also note, beginning April 1st, Thursday Ticket Sales will be from 10 am - 11 am.
And tomorrow is Ticket Sales in the Auditorium from 9 am - 10 am and again, tomorrow evening before the start of the Social Club Meeting.
