Don Testa has scheduled a Pool Volunteer Meeting for this Friday, May 15th at 1 PM in the Arts & Crafts Room. Volunteers are needed to help check water quality seven days per week. Each testing only requires approx. 10 - 15 mins. of your time. It is not necessary to stay all day and cover the remaining scheduled testing times. Multiple volunteers can schedule on multiple days, and for any time slot on any day. Other tasks will be outlined and explained during the meeting. The Robo Can concealment compliance is now in effect. No cans are ever permitted on front porches, in front of garages, or driveways as stated in the 2025 Handbook. All Homeowners must comply or now risk possible fines if reported.
Many of you have already noticed the HH Trex Bench Plastic Collection Program has been cancelled. All regular plastics are to be recycled in accordance with the BT Recycling Rules once again. We are still collecting plastic bottle caps. The baskets are still provided in both buildings. We thank you for your efforts which resulted in one Trex Bench for HH.
Next Tuesday and Thursday are the last two days for Photo ID Appointments before the Pool Opening on Saturday, May 23rd. A new Photo ID Appointment Schedule will be announced next Wednesday beginning with the first week in June.
The Homeowners Surrogacy Team will be meeting this Saturday, May 16th from 10 am - 11 am in the Arts & Crafts Room - no appointment necessary. IDs will be needed to access the building.
It has also been reported that our Clubhouse dumpsters are being used in the middle of the night for personal use in depositing all forms of debris and garbage. Please remember our surveillance cameras are working 24/7. If a neighboring homeowner either sees or hears the dumpsters being used, they will inform the Board to do a security check and you will be fined.
Also, DO NOT dump in any of the basins including the basin behind the Clubhouse!

Please don't forget BINGO in HH on Sunday nights with new games, great prizes, and yummy refreshments. Doors open at 3:30 pm and games begin at 6 pm sharp.
